Excellent communication

NLP was originated by modeling excellent communicating people. It was discovered that those people have the following characteristics;

  1. They are clear about who they want to achieve, they ensure that they know what their purpose is and what they want.
  2. They are flexible enough to adapt their behavior and make sure that they have a wide range of possible behaviors and responses.
  3. They use their senses to see whether they get what they want, so they can adapt themselves quickly and respond effectively.

 In order to apply it yourself in your daily life, so you reach excellent behavior in your work and life:

  1. Know what you want - Determine precise and achievable results.Know what the purpose and direction of your communications and actions are. Care especially for clear internal images, sounds and feelings on what you actually want to achieve in the future.
  2. Know if you get what you want - Sharpen the details of what your senses pick up.Note the comments of others that you give nonverbal feedback to, to ensure that you progress towards your goal.
  3. Have the flexibility to change - Be flexible in your behavior, language and inner feelings. Adjust yourself to continually influence others and to involve them in your goal.
  4. Take action - Outside is the real world. What is going on in your head and in the cinema of your thinking, is just a map.

 NLP is a form of knowledge based on personal observation. As such it is an area of knowledge about how you experience things personally. NLP can be best understood and learned by experience and by doing it. Doing the NLP exercises that can be found in this web site will support this.
